Our Governing Board

As part of the Laetare Multi Academy Trust each school as its own Local Governing Board. Local Governing Bodies provide strategic oversight for each school. They:

• Monitor Catholic life, charism, religious education and collective worship and outcomes
• Oversee safeguarding culture and compliance
• Challenge and support the Principal or Headteacher
• Monitor local and national standards and pupil progress
• Engage with families, parishes and the wider community
• Maintain a local risk register and escalate concerns to the Board of Directors as needed

Local Governing Bodies bring essential local knowledge, ensuring decisions reflect the unique context and needs of each school.

 Our Local Governing Board consists of 10 members:
