Learning Mentor - Maternity Cover
Overview
We are seeking a proactive and compassionate individual to join our year-group team, providing targeted support for vulnerable pupils and helping remove barriers to their learning. Working closely with teaching staff and the SENCO, you will help identify students needing additional assistance and deliver personalised 1:1 and small-group interventions. You will contribute to action plans, build strong mentoring relationships, and maintain positive communication with families to encourage engagement and progress. The role also involves liaising with external agencies and internal support systems to ensure pupils can access specialist help. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about pupil wellbeing, inclusion, and supporting vulnerable learners within a cohesive year-group environment.
